  1. Very clever, but it omits the central fact in the growth of Mexico’s cartels: US policy that attempts, fruitlessly, to repeal the law of supply and demand.

    Prohibition historically breeds crime.

    The pockets of the oil cartels, timber barons, and chemical and pharmaceutical interests who lobbied FOR cannabis (“marijuana”) prohibition in 1937 may also be said to be “FULLY LOADED” today with the ongoing proceeds of economic protectionism.
